Why is it free?
We make money the same way you do: on the sale. The wholesale cost of each catalog piece includes our margin, so we only earn when you earn. There is no subscription because we do not need one.
What is the AI photo studio, and is it really free?
It is the same studio we use to shoot the catalog: drop in a phone photo, get a listing-ready image and the copy to go with it. It is not sold separately and there is no card. How much of it you get is set by how many catalog pieces you have shipped in the last 90 days, so it grows as your shop does. Point it at your own sourcing too if you like, nothing checks where a photo came from.
How does the money actually flow?
You list a catalog piece in your own shop at your own price. When your buyer pays you, you purchase the piece and pay the fulfillment shipping shown in the workspace. Your gross margin is the buyer payment minus those costs and any marketplace fees.
Is there a catch on pricing?
Every piece shows its wholesale item cost and a separate fulfillment shipping fee before checkout. Review both amounts in the workspace before setting your sale price.
Can I set my own prices?
Always. Your account, your price, your margin. We never post to your shop for you or dictate what you charge.
What if my buyer wants a refund?
Who handles shipping?
We do. Every order ships in unbranded packaging with automated tracking updates. Your buyer never sees Sellvage.
Can I see an item before I sell it?
Every catalog piece is photographed, measured, and condition-checked at our warehouse before it goes live, and any piece that fails a final quality check before dispatch is refunded in full. We do not ship individual pieces out for preview.
Can a piece sell twice by accident?
A piece is not reserved when you save or publish a listing. After your customer buys, begin fulfillment checkout promptly; checkout holds an available unit for 24 hours while you pay. If no unit remains, do not complete fulfillment and resolve the customer sale through your marketplace.
