Terms.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Products on Demand is invite-reviewed and currently limited to U.S.-based sellers. Approval may be denied, suspended, or withdrawn to protect members, buyers, inventory, or the service.

The POD catalog is shared. Saving or publishing a listing does not reserve inventory, and availability may change while your marketplace listing is live. After your buyer purchases, you must confirm availability and begin fulfillment checkout. An available unit is held for 24 hours once checkout begins, giving you time to complete payment.

If a unit is unavailable, you must not promise Sellvage fulfillment and remain responsible for resolving your customer transaction through the marketplace where it occurred.

The workspace shows the wholesale item cost and any separate fulfillment shipping fee. Your marketplace may charge seller, payment, advertising, return, or other fees. Margin figures in Sellvage are estimates before those marketplace fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

You control your resale price and are responsible for taxes, marketplace charges, refunds to your buyer, and compliance with the marketplace’s rules.

You must provide an accurate, usable shipping label when requested. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking and carrier events may be delayed. Contact support promptly for an incorrect item, failed quality check, cancellation, loss, or return.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Sellvage permission to host, process, transform, and display it only as needed to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content.

Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass access controls, upload unlawful or infringing content, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent inventory or identity, or use generated material deceptively. We may limit or suspend access while investigating misuse or a security risk.

We work to keep Sellvage reliable, but the service may be interrupted and generated output may require review. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, a particular sales result, or compatibility with every marketplace.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For a concern or dispute, contact us first at team@sellvage.app so we can try to resolve it.

We may update the service and these terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
