Does Sellvage appear anywhere on the package?
No. Packaging is plain and unbranded, and the label carries your shop as the sender. Your buyer has no way to tell you did not ship it yourself.
When do I pay the wholesale cost?
When you authorize the order, after your customer has already paid you. Your money is never in first.
Can I include my own branding?
Packaging is deliberately plain today. Shop-branded inserts are on the roadmap; tell us if this matters to your shop and we will prioritize accordingly.
What if my buyer wants a return?
Returns run through your shop policy as usual, and we handle receiving the piece back. You are never stuck holding stock you do not own.
