How fast do orders ship?
Orders authorized during business hours are typically picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same or next business day.
Is the piece checked again before it ships?
Yes. Every order gets a final check against its listing data before packing, so what arrives matches what was sold.
What if the piece fails that final check?
It is pulled, you are notified immediately in your workspace, and the wholesale charge is released. It is rare by design; everything was already verified at intake.
Can I fulfill some orders myself?
Catalog pieces live in our warehouse, so we dispatch them. Anything you stock personally stays entirely your own operation.
