A drop is a batch, not forty browser tabs.
Each item is a project holding up to eight photos and its listing copy. Group projects into batches for a drop, and keep separate shops for each marketplace you sell on.
One batch, six projects, one shop. Switch shops and the board changes with it
The forty-tab problem
A drop is one job, not forty unrelated ones.
Most resellers run a shoot out of a camera roll, a notes app and a pile of browser tabs, then lose an hour working out which photo belongs to which item and what still needs writing. A project keeps an item's photos and its copy in one place; a batch keeps the drop together.
Projects
One item, up to eight photos, its generated copy and every version you tried.
Batches
Group a shoot or a drop so the whole set stays together and nothing gets orphaned.
Shops
Depop, Etsy, Poshmark, eBay or your own. Each keeps its own projects and voice.

Working a drop
Photograph everything, then process it once.
- Shoot the whole pile first, upload it as one batch.
- Set a shot type per item and let the queue work through them.
- Generate copy for the batch while the images render.
- Mark each project listed as you publish it.
What stays yours
Your account.
Your listings.
Your login.
The studio never connects to your marketplace account or posts on your behalf. It hands you finished images and copy, and you publish them yourself.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What counts as one project?
One item you are listing, holding up to eight photos plus its listing copy. Your plan sets how many new projects you can start each month.
What is a batch for?
Grouping the projects from one shoot or one drop so they stay together. It is how you find the twelve things you photographed on Sunday without scrolling through everything.
Why separate shops?
Because a Depop listing and an eBay listing want different copy lengths and different voices. Each shop keeps its own projects and its own voice profiles.
Does the studio post to my marketplace for me?
No. It prepares the images and the copy; you publish them yourself under your own account. Nothing connects to your marketplace login.
Is my work saved if I close the tab?
Yes, on the paid plans, which keep saved project history. Come back and the batch is where you left it.
